More than just babysitting, Way to Grow believes that children will thrive when they get to experience a holistic approach from nurturing caregivers.
Our Team
Most of our teachers are trained in CPR and 1st Aid and all were hired based on not only their experience, but their attitude and enthusiasm too. Our Director has been working with kids for more than 20 years and truly strives to accommodate families needs and our caregivers just seem to know what your little one needs.
Parent Involvement
We encourage parents to be actively involved in their child’s education. Regular communication helps strengthen the bond between home and school, fostering a community of support.
Safety Standards
Safety is our top priority. We adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure environment for all children in our care, giving parents peace of mind.
Commercial Setting
Our fully remodeled center is completely up to code and even ADA compliant. It is fully fire sprinkled and has air purifiers built in. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from the freeway in a residential neighborhood, we have a large parking lot with ease of access and two age appropriate playgrounds with plenty of room to play.events and initiatives, promoting family activities and early childhood education awareness.
